Binondo is the "Chinatown" district of Manila. Everywhere you go, business establishments are there. You can buy a lot of goods from Hopia to exotic ingredients such as ginseng, shark fin, cartilage, deer horn dried snake and bird's nest. (Source: wikitravel.org)
I've been to binondo many times and visiting the establishments here again is like a bliss to me because this means food tripping again. I like coming back here, it's like an adventure in searching where to eat since there are a lot of food stalls and restaurants open.
We decided to go to Lan Zhou La Mien. I've missed this resto. I love the noodles here. It's very authentic.
That time we are really craving for a ramen, but this is Binondo and La Mien is the superstart here. hehe I ordered for a Seafood La Mien.

Yep! You are getting a quality food here and here you can see how they are doing the noodles.

They say that a Chinese resto is not authentic if it is not serving a free tea for their customers. Here in Lan Zhou La Mien, they are serving free tea for everyone who wants it.
